All MARKIBAR grinder models feature a coffee dosing system that allows two different doses of coffee to be prepared in advance. They can operate in On Demand mode for maximum grinding freshness or Pre Dose mode for maximum workflow speed.
Our grinders offer multiple systems to request each dose:

The IZAGA W family features a gravimetric dosing system controlled by an electronic scale. In the technology section, we explain all the advantages it offers.
All our models store the number of single and double coffee servings since the last reset. Additionally, the IZAGA W model features total consumption tracking from the moment of installation.
The IZAGA W model is designed for professional barista environments where performance, speed, and quality are paramount. The most demanding baristas can thus ensure maximum consistency in the dose, enjoying high-quality grinding and always delivering a perfect cup of coffee.
The first major difference is that the IZAGA W delivers doses instantly without any waiting time. It offers a significant advantage in speed and productivity.
The second major difference lies in its robustness and ease of use. With the IZAGA W, you work just like with any other timed grinder. There’s no need for special care with the portafilter.
The third difference is the great reliability and stability of the dosing weight control system. With the IZAGA W, the weight sensor (load cell) is not struck or touched, avoiding issues such as breakage or calibration errors.
Another difference is that the IZAGA W comes with a 20g calibration weight at no additional cost. Other grinders on the market require 1000g weights, which come at an extra cost.
Finally, the IZAGA W incorporates all the advantages of the IZAGA family (bidirectional locking system, thermal stability, quick switch between pre-ground and on-demand, etc.).
